Description
Meditation is integral part of yoga. It is a process of de-programing the mind, releasing the limits "programed" into us. Meditation directly influence the mind-body health. Pranayama or breath meditation is recommended to all who experience breathing difficulties. Classical style of meditation or Dhyana is recommended to all who experience stress, while guided meditation leads to emotional healing. The classes are designed for all levels and practitioners with diverse religious backgrounds.
