Power Yoga

Unlike typical yoga styles, Power yoga does not focus on poses or postures but rather uses your own body weight to increase strength, muscle tone and flexibility. Also known as 'fitness yoga' or 'gym yoga' as your arms and legs will definitely feel the burn! Power Yoga works best for those already in good physical shape, like to quickly move from pose to pose, enjoy sweat and exercise, and looking for minimal meditation or chanting.
