Meditation yoga brings together breathing and relaxation exercises to heighten one's spiritual, emotional, and psychological state. This style of yoga uses breathing exercises to help gain more control over the mind and learn how to push away all negative and toxic thoughts. Meditation is known to lower blood pressure as well as stress levels while allowing to better handle negative and difficult emotions.
