Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the most traditional and well-known form of Yoga in the Western Hemisphere. Hatha helps to build physical as well as mental strength and 'purify' the body through series of specific postures (asana) along with controlled breathing (pranayama). It is also known as 'forceful yoga' as this discipline requires more effort than other Yoga styles. Hatha is an ideal style of Yoga for those looking to improve balance, coordination, flexibility ,and strengthening of the body.
