Circuit Training

Circuit training if fast paced workout routine where participant goes from exercise set (e.g., push ups) to exercise set (e.g., pull ups) with very short breaks in between; typically 20 seconds. Once all exercises are completed, the participant has finished 'one' circuit. Participants rests for about 2 minutes before beginning the circuit from beginning. Typically a participant finishes 2 to 3 'circuits' to complete the workout routine. Circuit exercises get your heartbeat into the fat burn zone and it stays at this level until all all 'circuits' are completed. Ideal for those looking to develop endurance, strength core, and build muscles groups.
