It was really great to have Angie there live

We did what is called a Tabata style workout, which is 20 seconds of activity and 10 seconds of rest. Angie chose this format for me because it’s great for all fitness levels, especially beginners and those getting back into shape, because the recovery time is like a little recharge for the next set. For the workout, I needed to have 2 dumbbells. I had 8-pound dumbbells, but I wish I would have had a set of 5 pound dumbbells. The workout was tough, but it moved so fast that it went by quickly. There was no time to stop and think about how hard the work was, just enough time to grab a sip of water. It was really great to have Angie there live, where I could see exactly what she wanted me to do, and she could watch me and make sure I was doing it right. All the perks of having a personal trainer without having to get in my car and drive to the gym or find a sitter for the kids. If you’re a stay at home or work at home mom like me, who wants to get back into shape but is having trouble getting started, check out Angie's workout.
