I'm a fitness professional in personal training, resistance/weight training, stretching, indoor cycling and aquatics. My certifications are with AFAA (10 years) and a career diploma in Fitness and Nutrition (10 years). My fitness hobbies include outdoor cycling, heavy weightlifting, running and auto racing.
