I recently graduated with a Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a concentration in Rehabilitation Science and Sports performance & Injury Prevention. I have coached Track and Field for 2 years and have worked with numerous clients and NFL Combine athletes. I combine my experiences to create a unique experience in training clients of all ages from young to old.
