Description

This class is 60 minutes of non-stop movement that combines cardio training with high intensity interval calisthenics, agility drills and weight training. Fit360 is perfect for the athlete looking to take advantage of the results and intensity of CrossFit, but without the heavy weightlifting. Work cardio, strength, flexibility and agility training - all in one action packed hour designed by NFL Veteran Chris Gizzi.
