Yoga for Recovery is a holistic support group using yoga, meditation and community to support the recovery process.  We will discuss issues facing someone in recovery such as healing codependence, stress management, emotional regulation, etc.  Enjoy refreshments and community.
This is a safe space where all are welcome!
$15 drop in or use your class pass.

Always positive energy at heaven meets earth. Each class I leave feeling united body, mind spirit. It's grounding. Michelle fives a mini cranial massage and chocolate at the end of her classes. Could be best kept secret.
