What is FunFit?

FunFit is constantly varied, functional training that gives you more overall balanced fitness, increasing your capability and capacity over a more broad range of movements, it will have you stronger, faster and fitter than you have ever been before, it can be scaled to accommodate any level of fitness or ability, there are no age limitations in FunFit as functional movements are used in every day life.  Get a total body workout with each session.

Each 60 minute session includes mobility work/warm-up, a strength component (10-15 min. plus instruction and form review), as well as a metabolic conditioning workout that includes resistance training, "cardio", and power movements (12-20 min.), and stretching.  Workouts vary daily.

This is such a great gym! Both trainers are amazing, and are really good about checking form. the workouts are perfect length, and are always varied so that you work your whole body.
