Description
30 minute semi-private training includes warm-up/mobility training.  Participants complete a circuit of various strength movements using dumbbells, weighted balls, body weight, bands, etc... for a complete total body workout in 30 minutes.

This is such a great gym! Both trainers are amazing, and are really good about checking form. the workouts are perfect length, and are always varied so that you work your whole body.
