Two Private Lessons required AND Instructor approval required. Appropriate for intermediate and advanced students, with a strong Classical Reformer I base of knowledge, understanding and ability. This Reformer class will follow the Advanced Classical Series, with Intermediate options for those who require modifications. More complex skills will be taught while keeping a quick tempo, with the need for efficient transitions and knowledge of springs and gears. Students will continue to build upon their strength and controlled flexibility, demonstrating tighter contractions of muscles, longer isometric holds and fuller range eccentric control. Must be joint healthy, without injury, or be very aware of limitations and how to modify.
