This is such a great gym! Both trainers are amazing, and are really good about checking form. the workouts are perfect length, and are always varied so that you work your whole body. Jan and Cody are very encouraging and helpful. I have gotten much stronger since coming here ad have improved my endurance. I recommend this gym to everyone I know in the area! - Laura G.
