These tense muscles limit our range of motion and create muscular imbalances that affect our running stride and running ability, while also highly increasing the risk of injury.  Integrating Yoga For Runners into your weekly  routine will help prevent injury and help you feel better than ever as you enter spring running season. Join Samantha on the mat and experience the wonderful physical and mental benefits of yoga while feeling better than ever during your runs.
