Hey everyone. I am a ex collegiate basketball player. I have been training athletes as well as the general population for 12 years. I was involved for a short period of time in the bodybuilding world. My main focus for most individuals is lifestyle training and longevity. Anyone can get results for 3 months. Staying fit four life is more impressive to me.
