I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Nutrition Specialist who is specialized in female fitness. My background is in Sport and Exercise Sciences and Nutrition. I have been working in the fitness industry for 8 years. I am also a Certified NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Practitioner and a Life Coach. I use a holistic approach for women who are in need of a coach that can guide them with fitness, nutrition and making healthy lifestyle changes to help reach their goals.
