Hello Ladies:
 Rachel Still received her massage therapy certification, at Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood Colorado in 2008. Rachel continued her education and obtained advance training in 2009 in the following areas; cranial sacral, oncology and sports massage & lymphatic drainage.

She has been practicing massage therapy since 2008. She also did an internship in oncolongy massage at Swedish Medical Center, from July 2008-December 2008, as well as Porter Hospital from May 2009-June 2009.

Rachel will be starting  her bachelor’s degree in business managment, next fall. She would like to learn how how to be a successful business owner.  Recently, Rachel decided to work towards her other passion,” fitness”, she believes massage and  fitness go hand and hand together!

Rachel completed her AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) certification to become a group instructor and completed her Tabata Bootcamp Certification. She also will be completing her personal training through NCSF (National Council on Strength & Fitness) March 2016.

Rachel is a mother of two boys and enjoys spending time with her family. She loves the outdoors, as well as fitness, yoga, running and Krav Maga. She is extremely enthusiastic about the work she does and is passionate about ” Fitness,  Massage Therapy and wellness."

Rachel believes fitness can be hard to fit in while being a mother, working part-time; as a massage therapist and making dinner every night for the family, and on top of that trying to keep the house held together! It can be difficult for any mother! She also understands about being a stay at home mother.

Yes, she does work two-three days a week providing mobile massage.  Throughout most of the week she is busy being mom & working on her business. She understands that not everyone can’t afford a gym membership and child care on top of that! She wants to bring something that would be awesome for everyone, working, traveling, stay at home mothers & women who need some motivation and also the convenience!

What child wants to wait for an hour while you workout? I’m not saying gym membership are horrible to have but signing up for classes, parking, kids getting sick or waiting for an opening at the kids center because there’s too many kids per adult makes getting a workout in difficult. Why not making healthy habits, so your kids can see.  I’ve been there! I decided to start an online fitness studio with Tabata fitness classes, INSANITY and more to come.

I love crazy workouts but I believe fitness should be fun, enjoyable, different and quick! I would love to celebrate your success and help you set new fitness goals!
