Welcome to NorthSouth Training. My name is Beth Miller and I was born and raised in Mississippi. Through a series of life events I am now living in Madison, Alabama. I am the proud mother of two wonderful daughters, two awesome grandchildren, and the best dog and cat.


  1. Associate Degree in Nursing from Mississippi Univeristy for Women. I started working as a Registered Nurse in 1985 and worked as an RN in the operating room for 15 plus years. My specialty was in orthopedics and as an RN first assistant.
  2. Bachelor's of Science-Sport's Management, Wellness & Fitness from California Univeristy of Pennsylvania

I have an interest in working with individuals that have a desire to improve their fitness level through exercise training and positive lifestyle choices. If you are uncomfortable joining large gyms or participating in mainstream group exercise classes and would like the privacy of a one to one workout or semi-private session in a home-based fitness studio then I am available to work with you and your specific fitness needs. Together we will work towards a successful completion of your short and long-term goals.
