I am a Health and Physical Education teacher, and a long time yogini and yoga teacher. I speciaize in vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, prenatal and kids yoga. I believe that it is important to have a balance of stretching and strengthening, which is why I love to combine Yin (slow, cooling, deep stretches) and Vinyasa (vigorous, flowing movements to warm the body).
