My Name is Noel and I am an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Lover of life and all things working out & wellness! I Started my fitness Career because my corporate job Stressed me out to the maximum. I left to do something I loved, I left to work on ME! Fitness Is what I love and where I feel I belong. I pride myself in creating Fun Strength workouts, Tough Kickboxing circuits, unique yoga practices, and HIIT conditioning workouts that will keep your body guessing and seeing RESULTS!!!
I believe in setting goals and chasing your dreams! My most recent fitness accomplishment is competing in a Figure competition. After 20 weeks of grueling training I hit the stage and I won! I am now an IFPA Figure Professional Athlete. I will continue to Compete professionally and chase many of my other dreams and goals.
