9-10 years Experience

I've been in the fitness industry for over 11 years now training and working with fitness products -- from the STEP, Spinning, Polar heart monitors and more. I was an avid triathlete for many years, as well as worked with a professional boxer/kickboxer for a number of years. I am a certified personal trainer and I love working with people at all levels of fitness. My classes are simple and short and for anyone who wants to fit a workout into a busy schedule -- at least three to four days a week. Check it out!
