9-10 years Experience

High intensity interval workouts. Each exercise is 45 seconds. You can do anything for 45 seconds! The whole class takes 30 minutes and minimal commitments, maximal results for busy professionals and those who want to get fit and maintain it for years. Need: small weights, resistance band, stability ball, floor mat or towel.
