If you love to move and groove as much as you love to sweat, you will love my class! Come get fit with me! My name is Alyssa, I am one of LA's star Zumbaholics, and I love to have fun while helping others get fit! I've taught my class for over 5 years in smaller fitness clubs in the LA area, as well as the bigger clubs like 24 Hour Fitness. Most recently I have been traveling the world on cruise ships, helping people get fit on the high seas! Many women (and men) who have taken my class continue because of it's high-energy and fun, relaxed structure. In my class, we don't fixate on how good you look doing the moves, more about how fun you are having while doing them!
