I am passionate and dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. I earned my B.S.in Corporate Fitness & Wellness Mgmt and my Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. I am certified as an obesity specialist throught the AABC as a Bariatric Counselor. I look forward to bringing together medicine and fitness in a way that you get it, and can integrate smoothly. I have over 20 years of experience as a fitness instructor. I've taugh aerobics, water aerobic, exercise ball, Spinning, Pilates, and stretching/toning classes. More recently, I have focused my practice in barre, pilates, weight loss, and meditation. Let me help you.
