Hey Everyone!! I am is a Certified Personal Trainer, Instructer & Life Coach with 30 years in the Fitness industry.

I have worked in the corporate, public & non for profit sectors. I've managed in these environments, creating programs, teaching programs & developing & leading a Team.

I have a massive passion for helping people reach their health & wellness goals. I am currently working as a mobile & studio Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor for Goodlife Fitness, the largest fitness club in Canada.  I love the process of setting goals & creating strategies that ultimately achieve long term success.


Having overcome my own struggles with balancing family, career & fitness I know that once you get clear on what it is you want, the journey becomes fun again!!
