I am certified through multiple organizations in personal training, group fitness, Barre, Spinning, TRX, kettlebells, cardio, hiit and step. 

I am also nutrition consultant certified and coach bikini competitors. I have been a trainer for about 10 years now, and I have trained people from almost every walk of life with almost every physical issue imaginable. My specialty is women, especially women looking to get strong and toned!
