I have always had a love for life and a passion to live.  With this training philosophy, I am representing a living product of health and wellness and have been since the age of six.  My first weight loss experience was at the age of 7, which forced me to get in shape for my little league football team. I was five pounds over weight and I had 3 weeks before the weigh-ins, so it was all on me to meet the weight class and maintain that shape for the rest of the season.  After sports, during my introduction to the working world, I easily added an extra 40 pounds to my frame.  This prompted me to make a lifestyle change and losing the weight was just the tip of the iceberg.  If I was going through this at such a young age, I could not even imagine how many other ex-athletes and non-athletes were dealing with the transition into the real world.  By studying strength conditioning and scientific journals, I was able to understand the real value and importance of nutrition as we get older and how certain vitamins and nutrients are needed at the latter stages of life.


My training principles focus on changing the body from the inside-out, from the cells to the exterior. FREE-RADICAL ELIMINATION with LEAN MUSCLE CONCENTRATION is my mantra. With a basic understanding of nutrition guidelines, we can focus on building a strong core along with stable joints that have reliable tendons and ligaments to help create the efficient flow of movement through the body.  Next, the appendages (arms, legs) are lengthened through the use of numerous conditioning and stretching techniques. Body weight exercises are preferred to maintain natural strength and can be performed anywhere with minimal safety concern.  Mastering the use of one's Body should be a daily goal. Learning should be fun yet challenging.


My mission is to see others improve through all phases of fitness ranging from nutritional education to body awareness.  I want you to break barriers in your fitness goals and push through the limits that you might have set for yourself.  I take pride in knowing that someone cares about their body enough to endure the challenges that are ahead in order get that desired change that is motivating you to join me on this fitness journey. It’s not easy and plenty will tell you that you can’t because they haven’t. Those that can will be there because they know you can and I am one of those people. I’ve seen it happen too many times in my business. So believe in YOU because I DO!
