Hey everyone! I'm Tom! I have been a certified personal trainer for just over three years now. I have worked as an in house trainer at a chain gym (Fitness 19) and as the fitness director and head personal trainer at a private country club. Both of those jobs were in Michigan. I recently relocated to California, though!
Personally I workout seven days a week. If I'm not in the gym or being active, I feel awful. I competed in track and field and ice hockey at the collegiate level. I continue to run regularly and play hockey as well. I like to lead by example and practice what I preach.
I like training clients of all ages and abilities, all with their unique goals. I love to help newbies get into working out and being active for the first time. I teach proper form and educate and especially highlight all of the benefits of being active. I have worked with a lot of people with the goals of weight loss. If you are dedicated and want to see results, I will make sure you do. I also love working with athletes and pushing people to their physical limits. And most of all, I like to train everyone in between.
