I started my Yoga journey in 2006 after a doctor recommendation for dealing with stress and incorporating an exercise routine into my daily life.  After my first Yoga class I noticed an immediate mind body connection.  I was hooked!  Yoga has not only changed my body physically but has greatly changed my outlook on life and helped me to make smarter and healthier life choices.  My passion led me to Yoga Now’s Teacher training where I learned the foundations of teaching traditional Hatha/VinyasaYoga and its history.  I approach each and every class with an open mind and heart.  I guide my students through classes filled with laughter and joy.  My goal is for everyone to see the benefits Yoga has brought to my life so that you may take it in yours.
