Being a life long athlete with a love of the outdoors, I was first introduced to yoga to help prevent injuries. After practicing for years as a student and having my body and mind drastically transform, I wanted to bring this experience to others so I became a yoga and meditation teacher. Mixing the age old practices of yoga, with the modern exercise outlook of fun and play, my classes will be light, transformative and leave your body and mind where they should be, healthy, strong and calm. I have my BS in Health Education, am a E200-RYT with over 1,000 hours of teaching and have studied meditation at UCLA. My belief is that world peace all starts with in.
