Jacqueline is a former national level swimmer, who has competed at Canadian Olympic Trials and at one point held a Canadian record. She has had experience with some of the best high performance trainers in North America, Europe, and Australia. She graduated from the University of Toronto, Trinity College, in 2007 with an Honors Bachelor degree in Arts and Science and since then has gone on to achieve a number of various certifications. She earned her Personal Trainer Specialist from CPTN, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist via NSCACPTN and Tudor Bompa at York University, Yoga Instructor Specialist, Pilates Instructor Specialist, FMS, as well as Spinning and Resistance Ball Training.  Jacqueline also has experience with TRX training, Kettlebell training, Kickboxing, Tae Bo, and Crossfit.

Jacqueline likes to consider herself a passionate health advocate and her goal is to help her clients become excited and committed to making positive lifestyle choices and changes in order to enjoy healthier, happier, less stressful lives. She has a mutual respect for both traditional fitness and strength and conditioning as well as Yoga and Pilates, and believes all training modalities can be used synergistically to provide a more complete experience for her clients.  Her driving force is her passion for transforming the whole person on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level using fitness, Yoga, Pilates, and the proper nutrition plan.  She truly believes in the importance of practicing what you preach and investing in your health but also understands how challenging this can be; no one is perfect and sometimes the key to life really is moderation.

Jacqueline isn't all business. She believes first and foremost in having fun and hopes to bring a lot of laughter and smiles to each and every training session and class that she teaches. Her love and dedication to training, teaching, and to her students shines through in every aspect of her life and she enjoys life most when she gets to share her insights into health, fitness, nutrition, and all her practices.
