I've been in the fitness industry since 2005 and have a passion for exercise and all it can do for you. I have experience teaching step, shadow boxing, pole dance, club/urban/latin dance, aerobics, weight/resistance training and hatha/power/vinyasa/hot yoga. My experience is one on one and group classes over the last decade.

My other interests include writing, editing (written, photo, video), music: singing, piano, guitar, dancing: latin, swing, club, vertical. I love playing pool and enjoying spending time outdoors rollarblading.

 

I'm fun and witty with a great sense of humour and an inspiring attitude.
