My name is Jonathan (or Jon) and I've been training clients on a 1-on-1 basis for over a year.  I started out only training current or past military members (as I myself am a Marine) at a local gym or at a park.  I work for myself as an independent contractor rather than with any particular gym.  Recently, my wife (Nissa- also a certified trainer and Diet Technician) and I decided to create a website to offer fitness and nutrition articles, workout videos, and online coaching programs (both for fitness and nutrition).  It is still in it's creationary stages but will hopefully be up and going strong before too long!  We are now working together as Fuller Force and are here to offer everything you need in health and fitness!

As for the credentials: Nissa and I are both certified trainers through the NCCPT.  I have additional training through the Marine Corps and have certificates in Combat Conditioning and Injury Prevention as well as PFT/CFT Preparation and Training (preparing for military fitness tests).  Nissa has her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Arizona and is currently working on her Master's in a related field.
