I have been working in healthcare for almost 10 years and in that time my roles have been chiropractic assistant, yoga teacher, personal trainer, massage therapist, and now a third year naturopathic medical student. I love anything that brings me outdoors and into my body. On my own journey I enjoy long distance running, tennis, hot yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, kripalu yoga, weight training, eating well, sleeping well, and finding balance amidst the chaos of daily life. In my classes there is only one thing to remember always: if you are breathing with awareness, you are doing yoga! I hope you'll try my classes, I've taken continuing education in positional yoga, thai yoga with Ayurvedic foundation, wellness nutrition and natural health, wellnes fitness and spinal health, acral occipital technique, craniosacral therapy, reiki, and holistic counseling. You will find influence form each of these classes in my teaching as I lead you through safe and effective exercises for your health and enjoyment.
