Pam is personal fitness trainer certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Pam has worked in the education field for many years and her passion for teaching and love of fitness is what led her to become a personal trainer. Pam is positive and supportive while helping every client achieve their present and future fitness goals. Being a mom herself, Pam knows how difficult it can be to put yourself first when it comes to staying mentally and physically fit. Pam strives to provide each client with an individual workout program to fit their fitness level and personality!
