Crazy Cardio Boot Camp
Blasting fat is what you will get in this 30 min class. No equipment needed you will be using your own body to push out of your comfort zone. The class is designed for all skill levels. This isn't the same old cardio class. This class is fun, it will get your heart pumping, make you sweat, and it is additive. Leave the boring gym at the gym join me so we can get results!
KettleBell Fat Attacker
This introduction to KettleBell will take you through the basic movements of kettlebell and will increase in skill level as the weeks go by. This class challenge your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and help to improve your core muscle strength. By the end of the 4 weeks you will be ready to move on to our intermediate level of KettleBells.
5-6 years Experience
I have been a Registered Nurse for 8 years with specific training in neuro-sciences. I’ve always had a love for educating. Fitness became a passion for me after losing nearly 40lbs.
