I have been in love with fitness since teaching my first group fitness class in 1990. Over the years I have trained clients both Men and Women, adults and teens, Athletes and Non-Athletes, and slightly overweight to obese, all with a wide range of goals including weight loss, toning, flexibility, agility, endurance, strength, speed and power. Training: 1 on 1, groups up to 4, Boot Camp.
