I love running, kickboxing, and just working out and staying active. One of my favorite things to do is cooking and baking healthy, delicious food or going out and trying new places. I have a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology and am PT Certified through the Cooper Institute. I am so passionate about health and fitness and love motivating and helping others reach their goals!
