I am a NASM Certified with a background in Boxing, Football, and Baseball. I have a lot of energy and a good personality. I love fitness and training and enjoy helping others achieve their fitness goals. In my training style I use Kettle Bells, Focus Mitts, TRX Suspension Training, Boxing and Kickboxing Drills, Resistance Bands and real Boot Camp Exercises.
I specialize in functional training, corrective exercise, injury prevention and rehab, weight loss and hypertrophy. I also teach boxing and kickboxing to my clients for fitness and protection. I have worked with many clients with injuries and common problems of today as our main client/member base at my current gym is 55 and over. I actually care about my clients and always do my best to help them achieve their fitness goals. I am good at explaining and demonstrating proper form and technique as well as being an inspirational and motivational figure to my clients.
