I am a dancer from France.I discovered Pilates with my former dance training, and discoverd its Benefits.That is how i decided to become a teacher, help people to get in shape, release stress, get over injuries, back pain, to feel balanced in their life.i have taught all kind of cliente.I focus on people 's goal and needs. My classes can be very gentle focusing on details and streches or very demanding to achieve a weight lost and and getting in shape.I have taught in the Us and in Europe in person and live online.Classes can be in English, French, Spanish.
