1-2 years Experience
As a teacher, I aim to hold a space where yogis can connect to creativity, movement, and self-discovery with strong focus on breath and alignment. I find much inspiration in the beauty and complexity of the breath, a great playlist, and what an open heart can conjure. I received my 200 hour training at Three Sisters Yoga through the invaluable lessons of Jen Whinnen and their wonderful staff of teachers, guest lecturers, and mentors.
Hailing from New York, the concrete jungle, I love practicing and teaching active vinyasa classes. In addition, I also have an additional 25 hrs of training in restorative yoga and yoga for therapeutics. And on top of that, I also love the playfulness that comes with teaching yoga for kids and the compassion that is spread when teaching “mommy and me” sessions.
I am so grateful for every teacher and student that has crossed my path, and only hope to give back what yoga has given me: a belief that anything is possible. To my Tacadena unit: my sisters aka my backbones, and my loving parents – all of my practices are eternally dedicated to you, for your unconditional love and support of my wacky dreams.
