Appropriate for intermediate and advanced students, with a strong Classical Mat I base of knowledge, understanding and ability. This Mat class will follow the Advanced Classical Series, with intermediate options for those who require modifications. More complex skills and exercises will be taught while keeping a quick tempo. Students will continue to enhance their breathing skills, their core control, joint stability and eccentric lengthening of their whole body.
