Inferno Hot Pilates is an isometric exercise class heated to 90 degrees and 40% humidity.  This class strengthens your core (abdominal and back muscles) and your upper body resulting in a nice complimentary class to Bikram Yoga. Come prepared to work at your own speed and build a stronger, leaner body and have some fun listening to inspiring music as you achieve a healthier body!  Bring a mat, water, and a positive attitude.
