Our Jujitsu Classes are designed for Men and Women who want to learn how to defend themselves if an attack goes to the ground. Students will be taught how to apply and defend themselves against a variety of take-downs, chokes, joint locks and other submission holds.

Our Jujitsu program is meant to compliment all of the other martial arts we teach here. Classes are informal and do not require the tradition Jujitsu uniform or belt. Classes are small and offer a lot of personal instruction.
