Description
This is a 1.5 hour beginner pole class for anyone who has never taken pole before. This class can be taken as many times as needed before advancing to ICE-Pole Essentials. With a 35 min warm up that includes strengthening and stretching technique in order to learn all the standard fundamental  pole tricks.
