Vinyasa Flow focusing on building heat and energy through Surya Namaskar.  Class begins with centering and grounding through breath and mindful meditation. Flow into classical Sun Salute, followed by a sequence of yoga poses that may include, standing, balancing, seated, twists, reclining, and inversions. End with a beautiful shavasana...aahh! This ancient healing practice boosts the immune system, reduces stress, and promotes an overall feeling of well being.
