Description

Vinyasa Flow is an energizing flow of sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends, twist, etc designed to build strength, flexibility and focus for a powerful hour yoga practice. The class is designed to detoxify and release energy from the emotional body and the immune system to create an opportunity for cleansiing and purification. You will sweat and strengthen, release stress and reveal the true you.

Always positive energy at heaven meets earth. Each class I leave feeling united body, mind spirit. It's grounding. Michelle fives a mini cranial massage and chocolate at the end of her classes. Could be best kept secret.
