A Vinyasa style practice great for beginners and advanced yogis, it is a disciplined, guided practice exploring the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa system as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, with room for variation. Includes the Basic Postures from the primary series.
 
Ashtanga is a powerful sequence that builds heat and strength.  This is a vigorous style of yoga that weaves breath and movement through a sequential order of asanas that is meticulously followed. Each posture is a preparation for the next, developing the strength and balance required to move further.
