Description

This class is ideal for those who want to stretch the whole body gently, slow down the breath and relax. It is about accepting where you are at in the present moment and tuning in to that place with awareness. It is not necessary to be flexible or have a lot of yoga experience.

Always positive energy at heaven meets earth. Each class I leave feeling united body, mind spirit. It's grounding. Michelle fives a mini cranial massage and chocolate at the end of her classes. Could be best kept secret.
